Information you provide

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, email address, selected service, and project details. You may also provide a phone number and property address. If you choose text updates, we record your choice and the time you gave consent. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in the project description.

We use these details to respond to your request, discuss your project, arrange a walkthrough, and communicate about work you ask us to perform.

Website activity and advertising

Our production website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions such as estimate requests, phone link clicks, and email link clicks. Google advertising and call measurement tools may also be used to measure campaign results. These tools can use cookies and collect technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited, referring website, and advertising identifiers.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand website usage and performance. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies.

For the current browser tab session, we store referral and campaign information, including landing pages and advertising click identifiers. When you submit an estimate request, this information is included with the request so we can understand how you found us. The website does not intentionally include the name, email, phone number, address, or message from your form in our analytics events.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Estimate requests pass through Formspree for processing and delivery to Pro Arkh Construction. Google provides analytics, advertising measurement, and mapping services. If you use an address lookup or online estimator, your search and map requests are sent to the mapping and property information services needed to locate the property.

These providers handle information under their own policies. You can read the policies for Vercel, Formspree, and Google. Links to reviews, social networks, and other external websites are governed by those websites' policies.

Text message preferences

Text updates are optional. Selecting the checkbox on our estimate form allows messages about your estimate, scheduling, and a review request after the work is complete. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can request an estimate by email without opting in to text messages.

Your choices and questions

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on and advertising controls. Blocking cookies or browser storage may limit measurement or some website features.

Contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask about how long it is kept. Records related to ongoing projects, business requirements, or legal obligations may need to be retained.
